All Explorers team members must undergo background and health screenings, a criminal background check through the Department of Human Services and State Police, out of state background check, and verification of educational credentials.

All team members go through a complete, detailed training during thier first week of employment. Training topics include:

  2. BulletGreat Start to Quality rules  ( we are a 4 star GSTQ program)

  3. BulletChild abuse and neglect

  4. BulletFire safety

  5. BulletChildcare and sanitation regulations

In addition, all educators are required to complete training in First-Aid and CPR annually.

Explorers Learning Center is led by experienced directors who have a Bachelor's Degree in Early childhood Education. Directors are responsible for the overall operation of their school, staff management and training, and implementing best customer service practices with a dedication to quality.
